Security Cameras monitor the exterior of the property only. There are no security cameras inside any units.

Payment: Due In Full At Time Reservation Is Made. Payment will include the prevailing rental rate, cleaning fee ($30.00 - $75.00

depending on the specific unit) and all applicable state and county taxes (7%).

Cancellation Policy:

If cancelled 60 days prior to the first day of the confirmed reservation – Full Refund

If cancelled within 60 days of the first day of the confirmed reservation – Non-refundable and and non-transferrable if the unit is not re-

rented for the specific period.
